You will be charged for users (team or individual) that log in to one of the applications you have created.

Each user can use the application for 24 hours. There are options for longer use – please contact us.

Main & support devices are used to engage your full team. The main device can visit locations and answer questions. Support devices can see the exact same things as the main device, but can’t answer questions.

If you use our ‘main & support devices’ feature, you can have one main device and five support devices per user log in at no extra cost.

If a user (team or individual) switches devices for the same application, no additional costs will be charged.
